Planning & Scheduling

Identifying the needs of the owner / end-user, and planning work accordingly. Prioritizing short term requirements while simultaneously planning form long-term (capital) improvements. Phasing work according to need and budgetary constraints. Scheduling activities based on bar charts, critical path method, and forward/backward pass algorithms.

Bidding & Contract Negotiations

Writing and reviewing bid & contract documents. Managing the bid process, including walk-troughs with contractors and obtaining multiple bids.
